Welcome from the Principal

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.  Riverview Primary School has, as its main focus, the total development of the children who attend.  This is done in co-operation with the parents of our students.

We aim to provide quality guidance and education for all children in these formative years, in

· Social
· Physical
· Emotional, and
· Academic growth and development

We aim to provide this development in ways that cater for all levels of achievement; we also aim to provide assistance and extension programmes.

We plan programmes that suit children at all stages of development, providing them with their individual needs in a variety of ways. All of our academic programmes are based on the New Zealand National Curriculum.

To best enable us to achieve these goals, we need to work in a partnership with parents and caregivers; we welcome suggestions about possible improvements to the way in which we do things.
